So going through a hard time in my life recently, I thought about ways I can be happy. Even though I have come to some conclusions on how to be happy, I haven't put them to use yet, but I will when I'm ready
1. Do not go a day without reminding yourself of how thankful you are for the good things you have
2. If you have doubts about anything, then it is probably a good idea to steer clear of that situation
3. Don't be afraid to look at the bad side of issues, because it just might help you make a wiser decision
4. If you find a friend or partner who brings out the best in you, DO NOT let them go! They are there for a reason
5. Take some time to be alone and think about things that make you smile, and do this as many times as you need a day
And finally
6. Do not always think about the bad things happening in your life, enjoy the little things!
